Diet? Not just life style changing

On the 10th July 2011 my life has changed. I decided to change the way I eat and live.

Today is 16th Sep 2011 almost 9 week later and my weight is almost 13 kg less. I'm not starving! I eat but I eat healthy and I'm totally happy. I also exercise 30min per day 6 days a week I run.

Dinner Idea

Just finished my running today 30 min, i think i deserve some nice dinner :) Not 100% healthy as I had to use some Knorr product but have no time to prepare my own sause.
This is a cheese sause. 55 Kcal per 100ml, the full pack should be mixed with 300ml of water, which gives us 165 kcal per pack, i only used half with my dinner. I used 1 chicken breast, grilled in some spacy herbs. 65g which would be around 95kcal. Some frozen vegetables,fried with 1 spoon(15ml) of olive. Veges around 50kcal and olive 120kcal. Total = max 350kcal only and dinner so delicious!!!
